Good evening, I am writing to you from the kitchen of one of my cousin's job sites, currently, babysitting, yes i know, not exactly high up on the corporate ladder, but it pays... not the bills, thankgod she doesn't have to worry about that yet, but it pays for her "needs", you know, hair products, clothes, the latest bag from some overpriced crap shack. I of course am not getting paid to babysit with her, she thinks that hanging out is pay enough. Pfff. As if. She's been chatting to her friends all night, leaving me to fend for myself.
I am currently in love with the world's most amazing modern composer, Hans Zimmer. He first came to me in a movie, possibly one of the most glorious movies i have ever had the good fortune to lay eyes on; The Holiday, not the most original title, but you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, or in this case, a movie by it's title.
nighty night, the parents are home.Cheers,

I have my own philosophy on these matters. I have noticed, from observations, and possibly a little experience, that most of the relationships in the teen years are physically orientated, from talking to many guys, i've observed that sex appeal is a big factor during this time... (sorry for being so blunt) although they probably would be much more inclined to date a person if they had an appealing personality on top of this. If a girl is rude and/or mean, the sex appeal is probably reduced, but it is still there. depending on how mean etc. you are. Now i'm not saying this is the case with everyone, many guys are sweethearts and know that personality comes first, but in most cases, being 'shallow' is quite normal. For example, I would feel really weird if i was dating a guy who wasn't hot, because at this stage in life for me, relationships like this are purely sexual. Lust, to put it bluntly. I know that many teens do fall in love, and it is definitely more than lust, but, in my opinion, dating while you are a teenager is sort of an extra thing. If you have noticed, there are many so called 'ugly' people that love eachother for the soul, not the body. So, in my opinion, whether you're ugly or beautiful physically, once you hit a certain age, you will find someone, and looks really do take a back seat. That is inevitable. but, if you are extremely hot, but not a very nice person, once you hit this age, it may be harder for you to find true love, because you have been so focused on the physical for most of your life. This ties into another related theory of mine, that if you're 'hot' when you're a teenager, amidst all the raging hormones, you sort of become reliant on that particular trait. Sure, you may have had tons of boyfriends, and you may be 'popular', but what if you're not a very nice person?
Now you may think, at thirteen that i am too young to have this opinion, that it is too advanced for me, but i will ask you to let me be the judge of that.

As a home schooler, I cringe at the thought of tagging along with my parents while they visit their friends during the school year. Why you may ask? well, the answer is simple: Small talk. Haha, i know what you're thinking, *SMALLTALK*? that harmless conversation, used to waste time, break the silence and be 'Friendly'? Yes. Most definitely. Usually this leads to the standard and seemingly harmless question ' So, hows school going?' Smalltalk is horrible. Well, at least in my case. You'd think so too if this question led to forced smiles and awkward silence. 'Oh...' (facial expression changes at this point, and not to my advantage either)'Homeschooling...'(forced plastic smile comes into play) 'How... interesting...' (Awkward silence ensues). Yes, like I said. Horrible.
Who's the coolest culinary celebrity?
Speaking as an avid cooking show fan (as in whole days wasted on the food network, trying to memorize the hundreds of recipes) i really think this is my area of expertise (seriously, i am that *COOL*) Also speaking as a hormonal teenager, I would have to say Curtis Stone the 'Take Home Chef' (i would take him home any day!) He is *GORGEOUS* i mean fhew! smokin'! Other than looks alone, I absolutely adore the Barefoot Contessa; that gal knows how to make a meal! I mean sure, she's like 60 or something, but she is my *IDOL*!
Cheers,
